Types of errors
There are several types of errors that smartLookup may report:

SmartLookup gateway errors

Program errors
Error codes
All errors are coded with unique numbers. (e.g. 26004:PLX401).
Please use the error code when reporting the error to technical support.
User error recovery
User errors, some Plaxo Server errors and smartLookup Gateway errors could be resolved by the end users themselves.

In most cases of the user error, user inputs needs to be verified and corrected (IDs, passwords, etc.)
Program errors
In case you uncover a new program error, please report the error code to smartLookup technical support.
With your permission, we will enable a trace on your account and try to resolve the error as soon as possible.
